Refer & Reward Promo

1. Referred buyers should make the purchase from May 1, 2006 to July 31, 2006.
2. The referring person must be a non-buyer of any of the projects. To join, he or she must fill-up the Refer a Buyer Promo form found on the website, fill -up all the required fields and submit the e-mail addresses of referred buyers.
3. Referred buyers are local buyers who bought a property from the following projects: Otis 888 Residences, East of Galleria, McKinley Park Residences,Bonifacio Ridge, The Residences at Greenbelt & The Legacy at Montgomery Place until July 31, 2006.
4. Existing buyers who will make succeeding purchase/s within the program period (repeat buyers) are qualified to join the program.
5. The Laptop will be awarded to the referring buyer only upon completion of the following sales requirements by the referred buyer:

• Payment of at least 30% of contract price.
• Submission of duly signed Reservation Agreements, Customer Information Sheets, and Contracts to Sell.
• Submission of complete post-dated checks, including Retention (if any).
